Return Policy:

All items under Furniture, Accessories and Art section are made to order and cannot be returned . Gift items can only be returned for merchandise credit if they are returned in original packaging and free of any blemishes or damage and must be with prior return authorization from Versai. Comforters, pillows , mattress pads and Bath items can only be returned for merchandise credit and only if they are in original packaging and UN-USED with prior return authorization from Versai .

White collection is pre-made and shipped from stock. Any items purchased from the White Collection can be returned only with prior return authorization from Versai for merchandise credit only no refund.

All other collections are special order items or are made to order and are considered custom bedding. Versai stocks all the fabrics in stock and will cut and make your order to standard or custom specifications. These orders cannot be returned. To be absolutely sure of the color and effect of the particular design that you are ordering we strongly recommend that you order a swatch sample in advance before placing your final order and be sure of the details of your order.

All returns must be made within 10 days of the return authorization being issued.

DAMAGE or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS: All our items are carefully inspected prior to packing. Report any damaged or defective items within 3 days to 310-289-8111

Lead Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for all in-stock items. Custom and special orders can take 2-6 weeks. For more accurate lead-time on a particular item please call 310-289-8111 prior to order placement.
